DORA made operational resilience mandatory, but in many organisations it became a documentation exercise. This paper argues that documentation is not the same as resilience and sketches a complementary structural simulation layer: it reads a cloud ecosystem as a coupled whole and makes visible where dependencies concentrate and when local stress turns systemic. The goal is lead time, readability and the ability to act — before classic controls trigger. DORA hat operationale Resilienz zur Pflicht gemacht, in vielen Organisationen ist daraus aber eine Dokumentationsaufgabe geworden. Dieser Beitrag argumentiert, dass Dokumentation nicht dasselbe ist wie Resilienz, und skizziert eine ergänzende strukturelle Simulationsschicht: Sie liest ein Cloud-Ökosystem als gekoppeltes Ganzes und macht sichtbar, wo sich Abhängigkeiten konzentrieren und wann lokaler Stress systemisch wird. Ziel ist Vorlaufzeit, Lesbarkeit und Handlungsfähigkeit — bevor klassische Kontrollen anschlagen.
